We’ll teach you the secrets to making the ultimate plate of Roman pasta – from how to knead a silky smooth pasta dough to seasoning the perfect sauce.
First, you’ll learn how to craft fresh pasta dough from scratch by kneading together the perfect balance of flour, salt, and eggs. Roll and cut it into thin strips before starting on the sauces.
