Gnocchi and fettuccini
We will teach you to excel at Roman pasta dishes, and in particular, how to make fresh pasta like tagliolini, gnocchi, ravioli and fettuccini from scratch.
Our chefs spent years mastering these pastas in some of Rome’s most beloved trattorias. Now they want to show you how to re-create them at home and combine them with the best Roman recipes.
To conclude this class, all the dishes made will be enjoyed as a pasta feast in a 17th century palazzo behind Piazza Navona or at our new cooking school near the Pantheon.
Shorter than our other classes, this class is designed for those looking for a fun hands-on activity and a fantastic lunch in a beautiful location.

As the participants arrived, it began with a prosecco and snacks reception, followed by the cooking classes, and ended with a meal of the pizza and gelato we had made, with wine and soft drinks.
Our chef, Giulio, was friendly, knowledgeable, informative and had a great sense of humor. We learned a lot from him and had a lot of fun. The group size was 8 adults and a child, which fit comfortably around the large prep island in the kitchen where we prepared our pizzas (with many toppings available) and the gelato (a choice of 3 flavors). Everyone was very friendly, had a great time, and enjoyed the pizza and gelato that we had made.
I highly recommend this class.
