Homesick but aren’t ready to say goodbye to Italy’s iconic pizza? Our expert chefs will teach you how to make the perfect pie in one of our two cooking schools located in the Roman historic center, so you can recreate your favorite doughy snack back home.Â
From kneading the dough to perfecting the sauce, you’ll learn how to create a stun-worthy homemade pizza using only freshest, in-season ingredients. Choose between pizza bianca or rossa and customize your own toppings to make a crusty creation like no other.
Gelato makes everything better
But, wait – there’s more! Once you’ve finished making (and eating!) your pizza, your guide will take you out on the town for a post-meal stroll, gelato included. Sip a cafe and watch your lazy Roman evening go by, knowing you’ve finally perfected the dolce far niente lifestyle.
This class has no more than 12 people per chef.Â

As the participants arrived, it began with a prosecco and snacks reception, followed by the cooking classes, and ended with a meal of the pizza and gelato we had made, with wine and soft drinks.
Our chef, Giulio, was friendly, knowledgeable, informative and had a great sense of humor. We learned a lot from him and had a lot of fun. The group size was 8 adults and a child, which fit comfortably around the large prep island in the kitchen where we prepared our pizzas (with many toppings available) and the gelato (a choice of 3 flavors). Everyone was very friendly, had a great time, and enjoyed the pizza and gelato that we had made.
I highly recommend this class.
