Secret Roman Wine Bar Tour
Note: In Rome, there are two types of bars. The first mainly sells cigarettes, coffee, and beer. The second offers a wide selection of wines, which can be bought by the bottle or glass. These cozy wine bars are not only romantic, but also quintessential Italian, and every trip to Rome should include an early evening glass or post-dinner nightcap in one. However, as they are often small and tucked away in discreet alleys, they can be hard to find. We’ll take you to some of our favorite wine bars and show you the tangy world of Italian vino.
This tour is a chance to relax and enjoy a slower Roman pace. Take your time savoring the flavor of Italian wines and enjoy bite-sized snacks chosen especially to complement the wines. The entoeca owner, a wine expert, will describe the story of the wines he has chosen for you and which foods to pair them with.
Your native Roman guide will also be happy to answer questions about wine, food, and any other aspects of Roman lifestyle.

A Fun Time Making Pizza and Gelato in the Heart of Rome We took the 2½ hour Pizza and Gelato Making Class with InRome Cooking, which began at 5:30 pm and was a block from Piazza Navona.
As the participants arrived, it began with a prosecco and snacks reception, followed by the cooking classes, and ended with a meal of the pizza and gelato we had made, with wine and soft drinks.
Our chef, Giulio, was friendly, knowledgeable, informative and had a great sense of humor. We learned a lot from him and had a lot of fun. The group size was 8 adults and a child, which fit comfortably around the large prep island in the kitchen where we prepared our pizzas (with many toppings available) and the gelato (a choice of 3 flavors). Everyone was very friendly, had a great time, and enjoyed the pizza and gelato that we had made.
I highly recommend this class.

A highlight of our trip to Rome! Our family of 4 made 3 pastas and 3 different unique sauces with Giulio, each one amazing and simple. Highly recommend the experience as it makes great family memories too!

Ask for Giulio! Significant other and I went shopping and did a cooking class with Giulio. We made pasta from scratch, Saltimbocca, tiramisu and carbonara. We had an absolute blast. Giulio was a fabulous teacher and very detailed and patient with us. I'd highly recommend this class. Ask for Giulio! BTW, everything we made was SOOOO good!
